Q: What do I get in return for my monthly royalty fees?
Regional Director (RD)
Primary contact: Regional Directors are the primary contact in the Wine Kitz franchise organization. Each RD is assigned to a specific geographic area and is the main contact for all the franchisees in that area.
Personal business coach: RD’s are valuable resources and will work with franchisees to maximize the potential of the franchised Wine Kitz business. RD’s are the franchisee’s advisor and business coach.
Wine Kitz expert: RD’s understand the complexities of the retail wine industry. They have expertise in marketing, merchandising, business management and provincial regulations, as well as detailed knowledge of the Wine Kitz franchise operation. They help plan strategies to reach individual business goals and provide guidance when problems or obstacles are encountered. RD’s should always be contacted when advice, support or information about any issue that affects the franchise business is needed.
Practical advice from a local perspective: RD’s understand current industry trends and the implication they have on the franchise business. Our marketing team has years of experience creating marketing campaigns and advertisements for print, broadcast, outdoor and electronic media. They also know how to maintain a consistent brand image in all marketing material. Building brand recognition through consistent use of corporate and product identification helps to increase the value of the franchisee’s investment in the Wine Kitz franchise.
Co-op advertising helps you sell more: A co-operative advertising program makes local advertising more effective and helps stretch advertising budgets. It can maximize advertising impact by allowing franchisees to run advertisements more often and purchase more advertising at a reasonable cost.
Co-op advertising subsidizes: When franchisees participate in our co-op advertising program, WKFI will pay 50% of advertising expenses for all qualifying advertisements that are placed in national, regional or local media, up to a maximum of $500 per program. Each year, Wine Kitz offers three co-op advertising programs that run for limited periods during the year.
