Background:
As an already well established local businessman in the golf industry, Darren recognized a great business opportunity when it came knocking. When the Prince Edward Island provincial government introduced in-store winery services in 2010, Darren immediately knew he wanted to be part of the new craft wine industry on the island. To assure immediate success, Darren chose Wine Kitz, the industry’s largest and leading wine and beer making retailer, as his business preference and partner.
Darren is energetic by nature and has become quite passionate about wine making. He welcomes the challenges of being owner/operator of a craft wine retail business. In an effort to serve his ever-growing loyal customer base, Darren continues to add new products, services and innovative marketing ideas.
