Wine Kitz in Bathurst, New Brunswick is owned and operated by Lennie Burke.
Background:
Lennie opened his Wine Kitz business in July of 2001. He is an enthusiastic and knowledgeable winemaker, and was one of the first New Brunswick store owners to convert to in-store winery services when this option became available in 2004.
This store is unique in that it is set up on two levels. The lower part of the store holds the retail section, and upstairs is the winery where all customer’s wines are processed. The store uses a dummy elevator to move pails and carboys of wine between levels.
